NSG Group Recognized As CDP Supplier Engagement Leader 2021
NSG group is pleased to announce that we have been recognized on CDP*1, an international environmental non-profit organization, as a Supplier Engagement Leader, the highest ranking in its evaluation of supplier engagement.
The CDP Supplier Engagement Rating (SER) is an indicator that assesses a company's supply chain commitment to climate change issues and promotes collaboration among companies in the supply chain. The companies' efforts are scored based on their responses to questions in the four areas of CDP's Climate Change Questionnaire (Governance, Targets, Value Chain (scope 3), and Value Chain Engagement) and their assessment of the Climate Change Questionnaire as a whole. About 500 companies around the world were selected for the supplier engagement leader in this year's survey, including 105 companies in Japan.
NSG Group has previously established a Supplier Code of Conduct and works with suppliers to achieve the targets we have set. We believe that NSG Group's efforts have been recognized in this award and we are committed to working with our suppliers to reduce environmental impacts.

CDP is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts on climate change, water security and deforestation. Currently, CDP is entrusted with disclosure requests from more than 590 institutions worldwide, with total assets under management of more than US$110 trillion.
