On behalf of the NSG Group, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support.

The Group launched its Medium-Term Plan "Shift the Phase: 2030 Vision" starting in FY2025/3, based on the management principle "Our Vision". We developed strategies and activity plans to become an attractive company for all stakeholders by backcasting from the envisioned state, "To shift our company's phase and become vital in advancing a sustainable society," aiming to achieve by 2030.

To realize these objects, the Group is advancing initiatives across the organization with positioning 4"D"s as four strategic pillars: Business Development, Decarbonization, Digital Transformation, and Diverse Talent.

As we start the Medium-Term Plan, the Group has reviewed material issues and has divided them into two categories: one as a fundamental management matter and the other as a source of competitiveness. We have set new targets and KPIs for FY2027/3 which is the first half of the period. The Group aims to achieve both sustainable growth for the company and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through these efforts.

To achieve the goals of our Medium-Term Plan, as well as the materiality targets and KPIs aimed at enhancing corporate value, the Group operates as One Team, united by a shared passion for glass.
