Medium Term Plan "2030 Vision: Shift the Phase"

In May 2024, the Group revised its Medium Term Vision to "To shift our company's phase and become vital in advancing a sustainable society" and set out four commitments accordingly.

We aim to expand profits in high-value areas that contribute to the sustainable development of society focusing on our strengths "glass and related technologies."

Position the Four Ds (Business Development, Decarbonization, Digital Transformation, Diverse Talent) as the strategic pillars and aims to promote a drastic reduction in interest-bearing debt and increase shareholders' equity by improving profitability and cash generation.

Decarbonization

We are dedicated to driving decarbonization across our entire supply chain, embodying our commitment to sustainable social development.

Digital Transformation

In the Medium-Term Plan period, viewed as a second phase of post-merger integration (PMI), we aim to transform our group operations by leveraging digital technology to its fullest, thereby enhancing our value creation capabilities.

Building a robust and high-performing workforce and organizaion is pivotal to our strategy.
