NSG Group Launches New Chapter
Nippon Sheet Glass Co., Ltd. ("NSG") today announced the launch of its new management structure, established following the completion of the transaction with funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Apollo Funds"), taking the first step toward achieving growth.
NSG Group will leverage a strengthened financial foundation, following the transaction with the Apollo Funds and key financial institutions, to accelerate investments in its people and technology. This will enable the Group to enhance its competitiveness to achieve sustainable growth. Drawing on Apollo's prior investment experience in glass, automotive, and manufacturing, NSG Group will further capitalize on the strengths of the wider group and steadily build a more robust and sustainable business foundation.
