NSG Group Recognized as CDP Supplier Engagement Leader for Five Consecutive Years
NSG Group is pleased to announce that it has, for the fifth consecutive year, been recognized as a Supplier Engagement Leader, the highest rating in Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) by CDP*1, an international non-governmental organization that promotes disclosure of information on environmental impacts.
The CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment is an indicator that assesses a company's supply chain engagement on climate change issues and promotes collaboration among companies in the supply chain. Companies' efforts are scored based on their responses to questions in four areas of the CDP Climate Change Questionnaire: Governance, Targets, Value Chain (Scope 3) and Value Chain Engagement, as well as their overall assessment of the Climate Change Questionnaire.
NSG Group has established a Supplier Code of Conduct and is working with suppliers to achieve its goals. Furthermore, in September 2023, we established the NSG Group Sustainable Supply Chain Charter to strengthen and accelerate our efforts to achieve the Group's sustainability goals in cooperation with our suppliers.

Sustainability Targets of NSG Group
NSG Group is committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 after the revision of the SBT certification obtained in 2019 with the goal of CO2 emission reduction by 2030, which was reviewed in 2021 and increased to 30% compared to 2018 and is working to achieve this goal. This new goal was certified by SBTi in May 2022, and we are promoting various activities to achieve a sustainable society and carbon neutrality in the future.
