NSG's proprietary sol-gel glass and organic-inorganic hybrid materials are used to produce optical elements with excellent durability against heat and high output light. Using nanoimprint technology, optical elements such as micro lens arrays (MLA), diffusers, and diffractive optical elements (DOE) can be produced with high precision and stability. It is also possible to process optical elements directly anywhere on semiconductor wafers or glass substrates.
