From Graduates to apprentices, from Summer Placements to your Year in Industry – there could be the perfect opportunity for you at NSG. As well as offering support from a business mentor, our early careers entrants are invited to participate in an “Early Careers Development Day” in their first year as a way of networking with others from across the business, learn more about the different business units and participate in a mini project.
We recruit talented graduates across a wide range of business disciplines each year. We are particularly interested in Graduates with a natural curiosity and a passion for development and innovation.
Apprenticeships have long been a fantastic route into industry and we have many success stories of apprentices within our business who continue to enjoy fulfilling careers. For our operational apprentices we partner with Waterside College in St Helens.
