Delay of Solar Energy Glass Capacity Expansion Project in Vietnam

On 23 May 2011, the NSG Group announced a plan to build a new value-added float line in Vietnam to increase its production of specialist products to supply the Solar Energy sector.

The Company has today announced that it has decided, after reviewing market demand in the current global economic environment, to delay the construction of the Solar Energy line. A revised timetable for the project will be determined in due course.
