NSG Group Recognized as CDP Supplier Engagement Leader for Two Consecutive Years
NSG group is pleased to announce that has been recognized as a "Supplier Engagement Leader," the highest rating in the Supplier Engagement Assessment by CDP*1, an international non-governmental organization that works to disclose information on environmental impacts, for the second consecutive year.
The CDP Supplier Engagement Rating (SER) is an indicator that assesses a company's supply chain commitment to climate change issues and promotes collaboration among companies in the supply chain. The companies' efforts are scored based on their responses to questions in the four areas of CDP's Climate Change Questionnaire (Governance, Targets, Value Chain (scope 3), and Value Chain Engagement) and their assessment of the Climate Change Questionnaire as a whole. 653 companies around the world were selected for the supplier engagement leader in this year's survey, including 131 companies in Japan.
NSG Group has previously established a Supplier Code of Conduct and works with suppliers to achieve the targets we have set. We believe that NSG Group's efforts have been recognized in this award and we are committed to working with our suppliers to reduce environmental impacts.

CDP is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states, and regions to manage their environmental impacts on climate change, water security, and deforestation. Sustainability Targets of NSG Group
NSG Group is committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 after the revision of the SBT certification obtained in 2019 with the goal of CO2 emission reduction by 2030, which was reviewed in 2021 and increased to 30% compared to 2018 and is working to achieve this goal. This new goal was certified by SBTi in May 2022, and we are promoting various activities to achieve a sustainable society and carbon neutrality in the future.
