Ethics and Compliance
Our Code of Ethics
sets out the high standard of behaviour we expect from ourselves and from others. It defines the conduct expected of all Group and its directors, officers and employees across all areas of our business and applies to relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, the community and all others with whom we have contact in daily business life (our stakeholders).
The Group Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO) is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of an integrated internal compliance management and control system as well as the creation and review of relevant Group policies and procedures. Under the CECO’s leadership, core compliance programs are managed by the Group Ethics & Compliance Function and include Competition Compliance, Anti-bribery/Anti-corruption, and Trade Regulations. These core programs apply to all NSG Group directors, officers and employees who must adhere strictly to the standards defined in each program.
