Appointment of Representative Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company

NSG Group, (hereinafter “the Company") announces that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Board approved the appointment of Keiji Yoshikawa to the position of Representative Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company. 

Mr. Yoshikawa is concurrently appointed Chief Project Management Officer (CPMO) and will have responsibility for managing major initiatives to improve the profitability of the Company.

This appointment increases the number of Representatives of the Company to two, including Craig Naylor, Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO.

The appointment forms part of a reorganization of business structure and commercial focus, designed to improve the operational efficiency of the Company.

Previously, the Group has operated three business lines: Building Products, Automotive and Specialty Glass.  As from 1 February 2012, it will now operate four Strategic Business Units (SBUs) Architectural Glass, Technical Glass, Automotive Original Equipment (OE) and Automotive Glass Replacement (AGR), to be managed by the officers listed below. As previously announced, Mike Fallon will retire from the Company following the Company's 146th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2012.
