Keiji YoshikawaKeiji Yoshikawa

Keiji Yoshikawa was appointed Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO in April 2012.

Keiji joined NSG in 1973 and in 2003 was appointed General Manager of the Information & Telecommunication Device Division within the Information Technology business.  He held a succession of posts in Information & Telecommunication Device Division, Information Technology business and was plant manager of the Sagamihara Plant.  In June 2004, he was appointed Executive Officer, General Manager of the Information & Telecommunication Device Division in the Information Technology business.

In 2006 he became Executive Officer, President of Information Technology Company, General Manager of Information & Telecommunication Device Division and General Manager of the Planning Department. Later that year he was appointed President of Information Technology and in 2007 was appointed Executive Officer, General Manager of IT Business Line. 

Keiji Yoshikawa was appointed President, Specialty Glass Worldwide in June 2008.  In June 2008 he was appointed Executive Director, Head of Specialty Glass Worldwide and in February 2012 he was appointed Representative Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company. He was also appointed Projects Management Officer which post he retains.

He graduated (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Shizuoka University.  Keiji Yoshikawa is married, with two children.

Clemens Miller was appointed Representative Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and COO in April 2012.

Clemens joined the Engineering Department of the German subsidiary of Pilkington plc in 1992 after having worked six years in the steel industry. He had a number of operational, functional and general management roles in the Pilkington Building Products business line, working in Germany, the UK, Poland and Italy. In 2007 he was appointed Managing Director Building Products Europe and in 2010 Vice President Commercial & Solar Energy Products.  He was appointed President, Building Products Worldwide and joined the Board of Directors in June 2011.

Clemens Miller was appointed Head of the Architectural Glass and Technical Glass Strategic Business Units in February 2012 and retains those responsibilities in addition to those of COO.

Clemens studied Mechanical Engineering in Aachen (Germany) and Lyon (France) and graduated with a Dr.-Ing. in Metallurgy at RWTH Aachen in 1986. He subsequently attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. A German citizen, Clemens Miller is married with four children

Mark LyonsMark Lyons

Mark Lyons was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and joined the Board of Directors in June 2011.  He was appointed Representative Executive Officer in April 2012.

Mark joined Pilkington in 1990, holding a number of financial positions in the UK and Belgium, before being appointed Finance Director, Primary Products Europe UK. In 2002 he was appointed Head of Group Accounting & Treasury for Pilkington plc and in 2003 became Chief Financial Officer, Building Products Worldwide. 

In 2005 he was appointed Managing Director, Building Products Europe and in 2007 became President & Executive Director, Building Products Worldwide/Head of Global Operations

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.  He is a Chartered Engineer (MIMechE, CEng), a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and a Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (MCT).  A British citizen, Mark Lyons is married, with two children.

Craig NaylorCraig Naylor

Craig Naylor was appointed President and CEO in June 2010, having joined the NSG Group as CEO designate in May 2010.  He resigned as President and CEO in April 2012, but remains a member of the Board and an Executive Officer until 28 June 2012, when the Company’s 146th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held.

Craig completed a 36-year international career with DuPont in 2006, as group vice president for DuPont Electronic and Communication Technologies, and was a non-executive director of Delphi Corporation from 2005 to 2009.

In the course of his career at DuPont, Craig worked in China, Switzerland, Japan and the United States, in positions in engineering, production management, manufacturing, product development, sales and marketing and global business management. Craig, who is a US citizen, graduated in chemical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey. Craig Naylor is married, with two children.

Mike FallonMike Fallon

Mike Fallon was appointed President, Automotive Worldwide and joined the Board of Directors in September 2008.

In December 2011 it was announced that he had decided to retire after 33 years service with the Company.  He will leave the Group in June 2012, 28 June 2012, when the Company’s 146th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held.

He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a B.Sc. in Physics in 1979 and subsequently attended the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.  A British citizen, Mike Fallon is married, with three children.
