Supplier Selection

NSG Group Procurement employs a consistent and transparent process in the selection of our suppliers. We assess potential suppliers according to capability, cost competitiveness, financial risk, internationally recognised certifications, and ethical, social and environmental behaviours.

We monitor the performance of our suppliers in a continuous manner to ensure performance and behaviour expectations are maintained and used as a tool for continuous improvement. We reward suppliers who consistently meet or exceed our expectations and work with other suppliers to help them improve.
